I’ve been training twice a day 6 days a week with Brian Van Hook at Van Hook Sports Performance who put me through an intense training regimen that focused on my explosion, quickness, speed, endurance and strength…..Brian Van Hook’s training has helped turn my journey to the NFL Pro into reality. We tapered off my training last week and this week it’s all about mental repetition and progression.
